With the Manhattan Project just about wrapped up (the final tasting is done and I'm just polishing up the thrilling final post), I figured I'd celebrate with something a little different, a little nola, a classic. heh, it's in fact an orange peel and not a clove of garlic
Hint: a particularly interesting spirit is used so sparingly that it coats only the inside of the glass
